By accessing, registering for, or using the m4dwin platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the m4dwin platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use any m4dwin services.
To access the full range of m4dwin services, you are required to register an account using complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, phone number, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login details. m4dwin will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. During registration and account verification, you may be required to submit valid identification documents. This information is used solely for identity verification and transaction security purposes.
Users of the m4dwin platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
M4dwin reserves the right to take immediate action against any user who violates these rules, including account termination and withholding of balances linked to suspicious activity.
All deposits and withdrawals on the m4dwin platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). m4dwin accepts a range of local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and online banking. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to you and is registered in your name.
Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the selected payment method and may change from time to time. m4dwin reserves the right to decline or hold any transaction suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering. All withdrawal requests are subject to internal compliance review before processing.
Please note that withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. m4dwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems or circumstances beyond our control. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
The m4dwin platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. m4dwin does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or viruses.

M4dwin reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, m4dwin reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violating activity. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support by email. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once the review is complete.
All content on the m4dwin platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, databases, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of m4dwin or its respective licensors. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from m4dwin.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any use that falls outside the scope of this licence constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
M4dwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
